THE CODE EXPLAINED

The name § (section) 1983 is derived from the U.S. Code that allows officers to be sued for civil rights violations.  Remember, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.  This is absolutely necessary as some individuals in all professions can give that profession a bad name; however, this has been turned into a way to get paid as cities find it easier to appease than fight for what is RIGHT.

THE COMPANY

§1983 was developed due to one officer being disgusted with the way policing is going.  Administrations, politicians, and media is caving to the mob, or even worse remaining silent.  A portion of sales will be moved into a fund to assist officers who are scapegoated, used as cannon fodder, and lose their jobs due to spineless administrators, or politicians who cave to the “woke children” that live under our protection.

THE GAP

There is a gap that needs to be filled. Most officers have some type of legal protection they pay into.  Families are usually taken care of if an officer pays the ultimate sacrifice.  The gap is when they’re scapegoated, fired, or put on unpaid leave; this is where §1983 steps in.  We will, to the best of our ability provide a lump sum to officers at the beginning of these incidents and allow officers an opportunity to receive more on the back end.
